1 Delivery & shipping
1.1 What are the delivery times?
The following applies to most products: ordered before 10 p.m. will be delivered the next day. However, there are also products with a longer delivery time. The delivery time is indicated per product. We also do everything we can to deliver your packages on time around the holidays. However, keep in mind that it can sometimes take longer, so order on time.
1.2 What are the delivery times for a custom beanie?
Depending on the crowds and the season, this usually takes 2-3 weeks.
1.3 What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are € 4.95 in the Netherlands and Belgium. You pay this contribution for the processing and delivery of your order. Do you order for € 50 or more? Then we will pay these costs for you.
1.4 What if I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
Send us an email via [email protected] in which you indicate that you want to return a product. We will then send you a return form as soon as possible so that the return shipment can be completed.
1.5 How can I change my delivery address?
After you have placed your order, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. We recommend that you first contact the residents of the address where the package will be sent. If this does not work, you can send an email to: [email protected]
2.1 Can I also put together my own Poederbaas hat?
Yes, of course, in addition to the standard Poederbaas collection, it is also possible to put together your own custom made Poederbaas. Go to the custom made page for this.
2.2 What is a Poederbaas hat made of?
Almost all our beanies & headbands are made of acrylic. Our caps are made of cotton.
2.3 How do I wash my Poederbaas hat?

2.4 Can you make my Poederbaas hat bigger or smaller if it turns out not to fit?
Make sure to measure your head size when ordering a custom made beanie (see Instructions page) to avoid this problem. We then work hard to ensure that a Poederbaas fits (see page sales conditions).
3 Cancellation & Payment
3.1 How can I cancel my order?
After you have placed your order, it is no longer possible to cancel your order yourself. You can contact us via [email protected], if this is still in time, we can still cancel your order. Otherwise you can return the product to Poederbaas.
3.2 Is my online payment safe?
Your online payment is handled by Payment Service Provider ICEPAY. ICEPAY makes online payment in this webshop possible by offering online payment methods such as iDEAL and PayPal and ICEPAY handles the handling of your transaction.
